Hyperinflation
Though the year the Weimar Republic really started printing money doesn’t seem to be exact, here are two charts showing a comparison to the Republic at that time and the Consumer Price Index (CPI), which is basically the price change in goods and services that reflects inflation in the United States, most recently.

If the U.S. follows a similar path to the Weimar Republic, or even worse because of the times we are living in, the U.S. dollar could become worthless or at the very least, worth much less.
